GSW Services take care of over 50 major clients across shopping centres, pubs, clubs, hotels and gyms.

Geoff Wallis saw an opportunity in the cleaning industry where other companies weren't quite hitting the mark and took a chance on himself to perform better than his competitors and deliver a service like no other. With the growth of GSW comes more quality control from our team of supervisors, and our localised service area means more of it!

Geoff started GSW Services in 2016, built on a house keeping operation he had acquired and continued to build on. After working in management in hospitality and the cleaning industry for more than a decade, he had developed strong skills in customer relations and business operations, and decided to use them for his own business.

Operations Manager

Steve joined the GSW team in 2016. He brings high level sales experience, strong customer relations, is a cleaning training and supervision gun, and covers full business operations including back of house admin.

Prior to GSW, Steve was working in the sales division for a large cleaning company. He also brought with him a wide skillset having worked in hotel management, roster coordination in the cleaning (and security) industry, hospitality, and experience having worked for a stock controlling company handling profit & loss, and stock controlling.
